Tegra 4 has drawn eyeballs since
Nvidia first unveiled the architecture at CES 2013, but concrete
information has been scarce. Nvidia has broken its silence on the new
chip and released technical whitepapers describing the CPU, GPU, and
camera. We explore the processor and graphics options for the new
microarchitecture, and the difference between the Tegra 4 (Cortex-A15)
and Tegra 4i (Cortex-A9 R4).
